Orders
It’s not necessary to register to make an order. when you reach the stage where the payment is made, you simply fill in the address details for the shipment, and a contact person.
Of course, besides the shipments that will be scheduled for you when you have the season pack, you can still order any other product you want in our store.
The smallest box we have is 5 kilos.
There is no maximum quantity. the biggest box we have is for 20 kilos, if you’d like to order a bigger quantity, please contact us and we’ll optimise the shipping costs for you.
Shipments
All orders that are placed before noon on saturday, will be taken of the tree on sunday and shipped on monday morning.
The delivery time for the Spanish mainland is 24-48 hours.
For the rest of Europe, it will take around 4 days, depending on your country.
