orangesathome.com has translated these conditions of this contract to other languages in order to make them easier to understand, but in case of doubt, the only valid version is the one written in Spanish.
Applicable legislation and apropriate jurisdiction
These general terms will be understood according to the prevailing legislation in Spain on this matter. And it will be applied subsidiarily in everything which has not been forseen in it. (ley 34/2002…).
Prices
All pricing shown on this website is including legal taxes. (IVA)
The prices of the products on our web are in EUROS and the delivery costs are included to the Spanish mainland –they aren´t included if the delivery is outside of Spain- and they are only valid here in our virtual shop.
Together with every product, you can make a selection of the country of destination in order to see the transport costs for each country. Before finalising the order, you will have to select the country of destination and the transport costs for the total order will be applied.
Payment Terms
Once you have made your order, you will be able to choose among several ways to pay your purchase: transfer or credit card.
Dispatches and Lead Time
The orders will be send by courier service.
All orders submitted before 12pm on Saturday will be collected on Sunday and shipped on Monday. Orders will be sent by express delivery.
Orders will be delivered in 24-48 hours if inside Spain or 2 /4 days if it´s in the rest of Europe. Delivery costs are included in our virtual shop prices (not included when they´re outside of Spain)
Warranty Terms, Refunds and Changes
According to Spanish law “Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre” in which the consolidated Consumer protection act and other complimetary laws, in the case of purchasing perishable fruits, you cannot desist form the purchase or ask for devolution of the paid amount.
Nevertheless, if you consider part of the received products are not fit for consumption please let us knoqw in writing (through [email protected]) within 48 hours of receiving the box, and sending us photos of the fruit in the original box. Our team will contact you in order to establish the cause why the goods are not in optimum conditions for consumption.
Our customer service department has an after sales service in order to solve any problem with our products or deliveries, by which means we try to offer our customers quick and efficient attention and care.
Clash/Problem solving
These terms of use must be understood and are governed by the Spanish legislation in force. Any dispute that could be derived from these terms will be settled in the court of Alicante, Spain. However, this won´t impede orangesathome.com to have a right to solve any litigation in another proper Spanish administrative area.
